Shipping/Delivery info

We have a choice of shipping options for the UK:

• Royal Mail 48 (second class)
• Royal Mail 24 Tracked (first class with full tracking)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday-Friday (excl Bank Holidays) when ordered before 2pm.)
• Pickup In Store (free)

Overseas customers we send via Royal Mail Airmail (tracked if available in your country).

We calculate our shipping charges based on the total weight of your order and the country of delivery, this is designed to ensure the delivery charges are as close to cost price as we can make them. Our UK shipping starts at just £2.

The full cost of your order including shipping charges is shown to you during checkout BEFORE you commit to purchasing the items. You can see an estimate of the shipping on the cart page. We currently ship to most destinations in the world.

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Customers are liable for these costs. Please note: We are unable to estimate any import duty fees that you may be charged, so would recommend contacting your Customs office.

Pickup in Store

Note, we are not a shop to 'browse', but if you are local to us (Dronfield, Derbyshire) then feel free to pick up your order from our office, you can place your order online as normal and there is an option to pick up in the shipping options.

"No Quibbles" Returns Policy

Our returns policy complies with all current distance selling regulations. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To return an item, please contact us and we will explain the returns process to you. For your protection, we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service.
