Shipping

As we design and produce all of our charts and kits, we will never run out of stock and designs are never deleted. We print our charts to order and keep a stock of kits at all times. This means that we are able to dispatch your orders either the same or the next day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail first class for the UK and Airmail for overseas. We calculate our shipping charges based on the total weight of your order and the country of delivery, this is designed to ensure the delivery charges are as competitive as we can make them.

The full cost of your order including all shipping charges is shown to you during checkout BEFORE you commit to purchasing the items. We currently ship to most destinations in the world.

"No Quibbles" Returns Policy

Our returns policy complies with all current european distance selling regulations. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

To return an item, please contact us for a returns number and we will explain the returns process to you.
