Here we will answer many of the common questions we get asked. If you do not find the answer you are looking for, then please contact us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept
Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Amex, Delta and Visa Electron cards. In
addition, we also accept PayPal, cheques, postal orders and money orders denominated in
UK pounds sterling (payable to Stitchtastic). Our checkout pages are protected using the latest SSL encryption
for your safety and your card details are sent directly to PROTX, so you can be
sure they are processed and stored under the highest levels of security.
If you do not wish to pay over the internet, we also accept orders via telephone
and post. Complete our simple checkout process and you will be given the option
to pay offline.
Do you accept international orders?
We welcome orders from all over the world. All of our product pages and our
Payment page will allow you to see an approximation of the prices in your currency.

What are your delivery charges?
When you fill out your order online using our checkout pages, your delivery charges
are automatically calculated and you may be given a choice of delivery options.
You will be shown the full price of your order including delivery before you commit
to purchasing the items. A complete description of delivery charges is
shown here.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy complies with all current european distance selling regulations.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us
within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Do you sell kits?
Yes we do sell kits of our designs. We are going through a process of creating kits
of our designs, so if you see a chart you would like as a kit, please contact us
as we can usually create a kit for you within a week.
What do I get with my chart?
With each chart you will receive the following:

A full colour picture of the design printed on a colour laser printer for clarity

A black and white chart, printed clearly on A4 sheets

A shopping list of all DMC threads/floss required (ask for a conversion to Anchor)

Complete beginner instructions if you are not sure how to get started
